He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and began his distinguished public service career in 2000, serving the residents of Miami-Dade County. He later continued his commitment to the community through his work with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, where he completed his final public service tenure in 2020.

Throughout his career, Junior has demonstrated a tireless work ethic, a sharp eye for operations, and a deep commitment to serving others, values that naturally extend into his work in the private sector. Licensed as a Florida real estate professional since 2002, he has helped countless homeowners and investors navigate the complexities of both residential and commercial real estate across the state. His extensive experience and proven track record have earned him a reputation for integrity, results, and professionalism.

As Vice President of Operations, Junior oversees the day-to-day business functions, project coordination, vendor relations, and client satisfaction efforts across all departments. His leadership ensures that every job, whether roofing, construction, or development, is executed with precision, transparency, and the highest standards of excellence.
