Emigrating from Peru in 2000, Angel started his first company, a commercial remodeling, cleaning and maintenance company with just 3 employees.
Under his leadership, the company grew rapidly, exceeding $30 million in yearly revenue in just five years. As the President and CEO of CAT6 Roofing & Construction, Angel brings his extensive industry and management experience, and his exceptional leadership skills, to CAT6 and its team of seasoned professionals who are singularly focused on making CAT6 Roofing & Construction the most exceptional roofing and construction company serving the needs of residents throughout the state of Florida.

With extensive experience in all roofing systems — from residential shingles to commercial flat roofs — Joe also has a deep understanding of construction techniques and the restoration process after storm damage or wear-and-tear. Joe ensures his team stays current with industry standards, the latest materials, and cutting-edge technology to ensure we provide the best results every time.

Junior Montero brings over two decades of leadership, service, and operational expertise to his role as Vice President of Operations at CAT 6 Roofing & Construction. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and began his distinguished public service career in 2000, serving the residents of Miami-Dade County. He later continued his commitment to the community through his work with the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, where he completed his final public service tenure in 2020.
Throughout his career, Junior has demonstrated a tireless work ethic, a sharp eye for operations, and a deep commitment to serving others, values that naturally extend into his work in the private sector. Licensed as a Florida real estate professional since 2002, he has helped countless homeowners and investors navigate the complexities of both residential and commercial real estate across the state. His extensive experience and proven track record have earned him a reputation for integrity, results, and professionalism.
As Vice President of Operations, Junior oversees the day-to-day business functions, project coordination, vendor relations, and client satisfaction efforts across all departments. His leadership ensures that every job, whether roofing, construction, or development, is executed with precision, transparency, and the highest standards of excellence.

Rick Amor is the Chief Operating Officer at CAT6 Roofing & Construction where he is responsible for leading and managing the company’s day-to-day operations. With over 30 years of experience in management, Rick has a proven track record of driving operational excellence, optimizing performance, finding solutions and achieving significant business growth.
Prior to joining CAT6, Rick served for over ten years as the Director of Operations for a national commercial cleaning and maintenance firm with over 1200 employees, where he was instrumental in expanding the company’s portfolio of business while managing an expansive work force. Rick holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of California Berkeley and a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of California, Davis. Rick is passionate about building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration.
